Immature Moose Sparring
Was out for a ride in a area where loggers had just finished cutting, it was a clear crisp morning when these two were in a cut trail sizing each other up. I watched them sparring for about 20 mins.

A couple of immature bull moose testing each other strength.
In a couple more seasons these two will be in serious contention for the cows in their area. The rut brings out the testosterone in bull moose of all ages.
These two will do their best to avoid getting too close to a cow in season that is being tended by "The Big Guys".
They don't or won't want to get beat up.
At the first sign of a mature bull, moose of this size usually make a lot of space between themselves and the larger bulls of the area.
