Use a pot roast or shoulder roast.
Place the roast in a slow cooker.
Pour about 2 oz of olive oil on the roast
Cover meat with 2 - 3 oz of your favourite BBQ sauce
Pour an ounce or two of Rye Whiskey in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Shake a teaspon of Thyme on roast.
Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low.
When completed pull the meat apart with two large forks, do not slice. Pour some of the juice on the meat and enjoy.
